I highly recommend StarFit Studio! The environment is welcoming, supportive, and especially encouraging for women at all fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and make workouts challenging and engaging. I really like the small-group format because it feels personal without being intimidating. StarFit Studio is great, and I always leave feeling stronger and motivated.

A friendly, fun and good workout place for women looking for small group workout. It is different every week and day. You can go at your own pace and modify if needed. They have many classes and times to accommodate all schedules.

I recently moved from out of state and StarFit is the gift I didn’t know I needed. I felt anxious to sign up for my first class after working out from home for 8+ years- but I found the trainers to be incredibly welcoming and kind. I love the variety of workouts and exercises, the small group community, the diverse ages, and that classes always start and end on time. I’m so thankful I tried StarFit in the first month arriving to Alexandria- it is so life-giving!

I started at StarFit Alexandria just three weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! The small group classes allow the instructors to give everyone individual attention, making sure your form is correct and offering guidance whenever needed. I especially appreciate the focus on strength training. I've tried classes with three different trainers, and they have all been fantastic. While I was dubious of whether I could do the weights and training - everyone has been so nice and has helped me pick weights that I can handle. I feel very supported by all the ladies - both the coaches and the other attendees.
