StarFit has knowledgeable, friendly and fun trainers. There is a great variety of exercise routines. The app-based scheduling and billing makes workout life SO easy. The small class size helps trainers and clients to focus on correct form while exercising, and if a client needs a modification for an exercise, due to health reasons, the trainers know how to help. I've been a client of StarFit for 10 years now. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
All the trainers are fantastic! So knowledgeable and passionate about women's health and fitness. It's a positive and supportive environment by the staff and clients.

Wish I could give them 4.5 stars. I enjoy the small group classes and tough workouts. Girl bossing at its best. Sometimes it can be tough to get into classes, so sign up early.
I love the small group classes that are focused on women’s health. They are able to modify to accommodate my injuries and I get the benefit of a fitness community in a small group setting. Thank you!
