Lauren Barley is the most professional realtor and goes above and beyond for her clients and has done so for 32 in Brevard County. She has handled 4 real estate transactions for me and her property management company is stellar compared to the service she provides and for her below market rate. I highly recommend her and look forward to my next transaction with her.
If I could give zero stars I would. Lauren's business practices are criminal. We have filed with the Florida Real Estate Commission for Non-payment of Services and Corporate Fraud. Her property management company practices are delaying payments to owners. Not paying owners money their vacation home rented from Airbnb and VRBO platform even though she collected 100% of the money and did not pay the owner. If you're looking for representation or management please look elsewhere. She is a fraud.
