I recently bought a house and part of the repairs the sellers did was reinstall the pool heater. They did the work on Aug 25th. My landscaping company informed me today they smelled some gas by the pool heater. I smelled it and called Atmos. They found two leaks and shut off the gas to my house. I immediately called Starfish thinking they would fix it under warranty. Unfortunately, they said the warranty doesn't transfer despite me buying the house about two weeks after them installing it. Starfish Pool Service is excellent. They have been cleaning my pool for years. They notify me when repairs or maintenance is needed and ensure my pool is always functioning properly. They recently started using an app to send me emails after pool service, telling me exactly what they add to the pool each week. Their communication is excellent. I can contact them anytime with questions and get prompt feedback. I highly recommend.
I've used them for my daily pool cleanings for the last 3 plus years. All the small repairs and even big ones like skimmer baskets, I only have to call/email and I have a repair scheduled for that or next week. Love the quality of work. Also, I have dogs and have a weird schedule when I am home. They maintain the pool even with my dogs out and are very friendly to them. Thank you so much and I couldn't be happier.

We've been using Starfish since 2019. During this time they updated our 30-year-old pool, got us back up and running in a timely fashion after the 2021 freeze, all while providing weekly service.
