Starfish Pool Service is excellent. They have been cleaning my pool for years. They notify me when repairs or maintenance is needed and ensure my pool is always functioning properly. They recently started using an app to send me emails after pool service, telling me exactly what they add to the pool each week. Their communication is excellent. I can contact them anytime with questions and get prompt feedback. I highly recommend.
I've used them for my daily pool cleanings for the last 3 plus years. All the small repairs and even big ones like skimmer baskets, I only have to call/email and I have a repair scheduled for that or next week. Love the quality of work. Also, I have dogs and have a weird schedule when I am home. They maintain the pool even with my dogs out and are very friendly to them. Thank you so much and I couldn't be happier.

We've been using Starfish since 2019. During this time they updated our 30-year-old pool, got us back up and running in a timely fashion after the 2021 freeze, all while providing weekly service. Aaron and his team do a fantastic job at providing a great value and we highly recommend Starfish Pool Service!
Hire any other pool service except this one. Used them for several years too many. Each time we tried to ask a question or inquire on an issue we were met with a VERY disrespectful and rude owner. We were charged double several times, they charged our credit card for parts we didn't approve, etc. They would be here about 10 min max to "service" our pool and when there would be green algae the next day they told us it was our fault somehow or that they "forgot to brush the sides".
