Starfish Pool Service have done repairs on our pool equipment for years. They have done great job and been honest . Highly recommended.
Totally recommend, it’s the most professional pool company I’ve EVER used!! I receive before and after pictures and all chemicals added each visit.
We had an “employee-owner” repair our freeze damaged pool equipment in March 2021. This company also did put complete renovation of the deck, surface and coping in May 2020. They have refused to handle cracks in deck, chipping in Covered patio area and now the pool isn’t circulating correctly and we have now figured out that the pool motor Shawn replaced in March 2021 was not the same Horsepower as what we had before the freeze. Pool service was great when they 1st started but for past 6mo. Pool guy isn't even brushing the Pool. Got frustrated after asking for a new Pool person so went to new service.
