Raise the rent every year but they don't make improvements. It's an extremely dangerous neighborhood and they keep raising rent like it's the Ritz Carlton.
My family and I have been going through some things and not going to lie...it's been tough dealing with everything ..but with the help of our sweet & understanding manager Alex.. we were able to get moved in and everything taken care of without being rushed or treated bad in anyway instead with her help the move in process was a breeze....so again thank u Alex and starcrest terrace we appreciate you
