Kayla is empathetic and understanding. She adapts and is very informative. Caring. I cannot recommend her enough.
I just moved to town from NY and I've found my hairstylist! Kayla is very intuitive, a great listener, and does a great job of walking you through what she's doing and why. She also radiates warmth and is super easy to talk to. I enjoyed myself so much that at the end, I felt like I was mid-conversation with a longtime friend vs getting a haircut from a stranger. And my hair looks amazing! I feel so refreshed. She killed it.
