Jim and his team are honest, professional, and personable. They took such great care repairing my engagement ring . They presented me with all the options and explained in detail. They really took their time because they care.. I would highly recommend them if anyone’s looking for a good piece of jewelry or repair.
Very professional Jeweler. Very reasonably priced, friendly and communicative and efficient. Went to get my anklet resized (which I got elsewhere) and they did it right away! I wasn’t expecting that. The front desk lady was super accommodating and treated me like family while I was waiting. 10/10 recommend
