MaryAnna Diganci-Bournazakis was hired as my day-of coordinator and canceled less than 30 days before my wedding. She suddenly refused to do tasks she previously agreed to and made me pay more for, and then demanded triple the original contract price to continue the job. When I wouldn't (couldn't) pay more she emailed me to quit and proceeded to ignore my emails inquiring about a refund. Worst of all, she completely made up lies about me dying of cancer and needing money to go to Hawaii when responding to my online reviews.
Maryanne was very responsive and quick to reply. Unfortunately I had to cancel our contract due to personal reasons. But I'll say although I wasn't able to work with her. I was very impressed by her professionalism. She is also honest and sent my refund. Will work with her again. Definitely give her a chance
I am so happy I decided to hire MaryAnna as my wedding planner and DOC! She was so easy to work with and had so many fresh ideas that I loved. She always responded to my texts and emails quickly which I especially liked. On the day of my wedding she was on time, handled all the decorating, managed all my vendors and made sure my whole night ran smoothly. My fiancé and I did not have to worry about a thing! I can't thank her enough and highly recommend you trust her with your wedding or any other event!!!!
MaryAnna is the ultimate professional. She did not miss one detail during what turned out to be a spectacular wedding celebration. When we asked a question we received an immediate response and/or action. We knew when the day came that everything would be perfect...and it was. Thank you MaryAnna - from the bottom of our hearts 💕
