StarDucts did an amazing job cleaning our vents. Shimon was very thorough and explained the process. Modifying this review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Our heating/cooling company just came out for our annual tune up and said there was still debris in the ducts. So what I thought was a great job cleaning the ducts turned out to be not so great. Modifying back to 5 stars. Shimon was very responsive in addressing the issue at hand. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I contacted StarDucts because there was a smell coming from an air vent in one of our rooms. Simon came to our house and inspected our crawl space and found a dead mouse! He removed it and cleaned up the ducts and now the smell is gone! Fantastic job! Highly recommend!
Simon at Star Duct was amazing. So glad my wife and I went with him. Super thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. One other dryer vent company turned me down because the job was too complicated (dryer vent next to pipe), but Simon took care of everything. He also cleaned our HVAC ducts. Highly recommend!
