I LOVE this studio!!! I’ve enjoyed classes from every instructor I’ve taken! The vibes are great, the energy is high, and I feel super supported and welcome despite not doing a spin class in nearly a decade. I love the themed rides and challenges, they keep me super motivated.
This is a great place with nice and welcoming people. They are always open to questions and help you make adjustments based on your own abilities/limitations. I like the darkened room and riding to music. I'm not a fan of gyms so I'm glad I found this place to keep me motivated to exercise. Also, the StarCycle app is quite convenient for scheduling your rides.
I’ve been to different indoor cycling places and StarCycle is by FAR the best. Love the music and love all the instructors!
