I’ve been taking cycling and strength training classes at StarCycle for about a month, and it has been a great experience. The instructors—Julie, Nate, Sophia, Rachel, Jillian, Shawna, Shanna, and Jessie—are high-energy, kind, and motivating. They create a supportive environment and give clear guidance during class. I love StarCycle!! As a 66 year old runner, I was looking for something close to cross fit, but low impact and I found StarCycle. After a couple of classes I was hooked. The owner as well as the instructors are outstanding. I highly recommend StarCycle!!
I moved to Eugene recently and found this gem during my trial with Classpass trying a bunch of different activities to see which one would stick with me. After my first class here I enrolled in a membership and eventually bought my own shoes. All the staff is really nice and welcoming to everyone regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. If you've ever gotten intimidated going to an exercise class this has the complete opposite vibe. The classes are super fun and I leave feeling accomplished. I love coming here!
