By far the best gym I’ve ever gone to! Every instructor is fantastic and adds their own personal touch to each class that makes it so fun to go to. I started at Starcycle when my daughter was a little over a year old. Having the “starkids” space was AMAZING! Every employee that played with her in there was attentive, kind, and professional and allowed me to feel at ease while I was in each class. She was so excited every time I brought her in! I’ve been going to StarCycle Chesapeake for a year now, and I seriously love it. The energy is always amazing, the music keeps you going, and the instructors are so motivating. One of the things I love most is how kind and welcoming everyone is. It’s such a wonderful community. The studio is super clean, the vibe is great, and I always leave feeling stronger and in a better mood. Highly recommend StarCycle!
The rides are always a great way to start or end the week and everything in between. All the instructors have their own style, which gives one great options.
I love this place, especially the themed rides and the strength classes. It was my first time trying cycle here and they were very helpful, warm and welcoming. Nice that they also incorporate light weights into their classes. Definitely worth incorporating into your fitness routine!
