I bought a Starcraft deck boat 2 years ago and it's been a complete and total nightmare fuel. This boat is the biggest piece of trash I have ever bought in my life. There are cracks in the fiberglass everywhere. The cheap decals are just stickers that started peeling off right away on everything. The dashboard is thin crappy plastic that is cracking. These people are absolute criminals and need to be shut down immediately. I bought a 55,000 Starcraft boat and literally nothing works on it. The lights come on and off as they please the speakers come on and off as they please the stereo system sometimes works. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchased in my life. There are spider cracks in the fiberglass where the Tower of meets the fiberglass and all over the place. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Starcraft Tritoon from another dealer. I was trying to find some Starcraft merchandise online and it was very limited. I reached out to Tiffany and not only did she provide an online link, but mailed my wife and I a few items! Thank you Tiffany, we are very excited for next boating season!
Bought a brand new boat from this place and have nothing but issues. None of the electrical wires were run and nothing on the boat was working but they sold it to me anyways and lied to me. Been fighting them for 3 years to get everything fixed and still having problems. Absolute nightmare fuel for boat by experiences. Bought a $55,000 starcraft deck boat from a dealer. Lights don't work, multiple gauges don't work, Bimini top had broken zipper, the ignition on the boat came loose immediately and spins each time I try and start it, engine will not go over 3,000 RPMs caused by some electrical problem. Overall the boat feels cheap. How a brand new boat has so many problems absolutely blows my mind do not ever buy anything starcraft.
