Its a very competitive place to work by all means. They want you to succeed and help lay out alot of tools for you to get there!! They offer classes to help you improve in your craft and learn other crafts always looking out for your safety and well-being. One of the best companies in my opinion
Prejudice. Look at who they hire, and who they keep. The foreman at the plant in North KC JUST MAY VERY WILL BE OFF THAT PIPE AND THAT NOSE 🍬 they like to keep one or two black people so it don’t look too shady but it still does.
