I have been a patient at cancer Dental at 8:20 5th Avenue McKeesport PA 15132 since 2018. Have always received satisfactory treatment at this location until August 18th 2023 when I had had surgery and was unable to make my appointment the location was closing so I questioned the receptionist about my $550 payment which I had made for partials that I have been fitted for and was supposed to pick up that day. that offers visit was the worst experience in my life they can't even get no RV in you they can't even find the vein they can't do no services all they do is collect all your money for all your X-rays and visits when it's time to do the work they can't perform the work so you got to go somewhere else what good are they for they don't do nothing for you but take your money I wouldn't send my dog to this place
I wish i could give them a 10 . The Staff is amazing They make you feel welcome they listen to good music and you always leave with a smile on your face.
This place is like an assembly line for dentistry. Very impersonal, very unprofessional office staff. I am very surprised they are still even in business.
