Have been told travelling on buses with kids under 4 years old sitting on the lap in Victoria is legal and this is how we travel on the bus to airport. Sitting right next to the sliding door on my lap with risk of danger. Was never inform that under 4 years old at nil cost do not have a seat as this is not the norm everywhere else. For family travel with kids under 4, suggest you don’t take star bus shuttle or you are at your own risk with your child. No seat belt fastened required also for this bus.
