One of beautiful outlet in Malaysia
The outlet was clean and comfortable. The coffee was as good as it got. But the staff's behavior was unprofessional and annoying! They talked too loudly about personal matters with one another and fooling around noisily at the counter in the presence of the patrons at the cashier. One of them coughed really loudly and did not cover the mouth. One was seen scratching her head and buttock repeatedly. And one was playing with the plastic cups making unnecessary noise.
