Went to collect my birthday freebie & the staff were SO LOVELY, truly made my day!
The service is pathetic. They constantly have mean faced persons at the counter wearing masks who mumble and if you're hearing impaired you can't understand a word coming out. Often people need to read lips and when they wear a musk you can't communicate. So inconsiderate. Covid is long gone. But Starbucks is stuck with the past.
