Store hour said closed at 7pm. For their convenience just start kicking people out at 6:10pm close the right session then closed the left session. At 6:15pm im the last one in left session, instead of saying you can stay in the middle session, the lady just say we are closed as if the whole restaurant is closing... at 6:20pm still see they selling coffee dealing with customer. Option 1 — Firm & fair Very disappointing experience. This was my second visit, and unfortunately the cashier’s (the girl with glasses) attitude was still the same — unhelpful, unfriendly, and quite rude. When I asked about the drinks menu, she simply said, “No menu, just look at the picture,” in a very dismissive manner. I understand staff can have busy days, but basic courtesy and customer service should still be expected. I hope the service can be improved.

I understand everyone wants to go home but it’s 6:30 when we got our drinks and we got 2 frappe that tastes like absolute crap because they rushed making it. Went into the bin and money wasted. What a joke

Opening hours weren't accurate, staff decided to close up by more than half an hour early on Monday.
