I visited this Starbucks last Friday, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the store itself didn't feel welcoming. The air conditioning was quite warm, and there wasn't any background music playing, making the atmosphere feel unusually quiet and less cosy than what I normally expect from Starbucks. Barista Adam, selectively chose to delay my drink when my order was placed ahead of two other people (whose drinks were more complex to make, so there goes any excuse on wanting to be efficient, which he most certainly was not). After 25mins in the queue, and another 20mins waiting for my one drink. Barista Adam, doing the bare minimum on his shift.
