Ordered for iced Americano. Couldn't hear what the cashier said. Got a ice Americano with RESERVED coffee beans. Twice the price of a normal ice Americano.(Rm18) Asked for a change before even drinking it. Cashier said I already agreed with the order so it cannot be changed. Terrible coffee. Terrible customer service. Would recommend ordering online for pickup to avoid getting the wrong drink.

Everyone expected Starbucks reserve to have the best of the best, whether is the service or drink quality. I pass by and wanted to ask something about the merchandise, the store only have one customer before me. I was waiting the waiter to finishes up the order before I ask something. When I was just about to ask, he gave me a big eyes roll. Before I even say something... And then asked: "yes?" I was shocked and replied "nevermind" & just left ... Arrived at 1:30pm on February 8 and ordered some cakes. The staff prepared the order but did not call my name. I only found out it had been ready for quite some time when I went to the counter. I then asked the staff for a cup of warm water, but the water I received was still at room temperature. Your staff need more training.
