Went on 4th July, the place its not even full. And we ordered two drinks that took us 40min to wait and there plenty of staff over there but can tell some of the staff are not trained well because they don’t even know what to do just standing there. And because of that makes everyone waiting for so long and wasting our time..
Many f&b at mall occupied. Starbucks has a bit more seating space to chill. Nice coffee and cakes.
I really like the staff. They are sweet, smiley and helpful.
Masalah packaging teruk, dah tau customer beli 2 air cold Large cup please lah seal, aku blum naik motor lagi air dah tumpah“, packaging pulak paper bag je , aku patah balik semata“ nk suruh seal cup tu guna wrapping tapi staff bagi double paper bag je, miskin sangat ke Starbucks sampai wrapping tak mampu nk sediakan???
