Having my coffee here in the morning made my day.
Berada di dalam lobby hotel KSL, sangat strategis bagi tamu yang menginap di hotel tersebut sambil menunggu check in. Caffe latte (double shoot espresso skimmed milk) always! & matcha with oat milk. Ok!! Coldbrew & aerocano juga enak!
Honestly this has got to be the busiest starbucks in JB, non stop customers and not to mention- clearing up of tables and having to deal with table hoggers who do not buy any drinks but sit ard to wait for check in. Kudos to the staff who tried their best and the coffee has been consistent.
First time here, service was really poor. Bad attitude.
Disappointed.
