I had a hard time making a choice, but the shop assistant was very patient and waited for me to choose, hahaha. I went in the morning, and it was quiet with not many people. However, it was a bit hot, especially the seats by the window.
Very poor service. The drive-through staff completely ignored customers and wouldn’t even open the window. They acted like they couldn’t see us. When we tried calling them, the staff responded very rudely and aggressively asking “What do you want?” There were around 5 staff inside laughing and chatting while pretending not to notice customers waiting. Seriously, what kind of Starbucks service is this?
