Been in the city for two weeks - My coffee this morning from star bucks was most expansive and worst tasting. Just hot milk. Terrible. Not worth the money.
The customer service was extremely rude. I went to buy coffee and left feeling upset and disappointed. I believe it would be a good idea to provide additional customer service training to the staff.
The blonde female staff member working on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at approximately 2:47 PM was incredibly rude. This is now my second bad experience with her. During my first visit, I ordered a frappuccino, but it was made incorrectly and not even as a frappuccino. Instead of apologizing, she simply said “oh okay” and remade it with no apology whatsoever. At the time, I politely asked for a cup sleeve because my hands were cold, and she refused without even looking at me, saying they do not provide sleeves for cold drinks. Th... read more
The service here is absolutely appalling! The gentleman that served me looked untidy and hardly said a word. The store looked unclean. And dirty.
