The staff are beyond rude! I ordered my usual at the counter where a girl took my order, to have noticed every other person who came in after me got theirs before mine! I asked how much longer and was told I didn’t place an order! Had to explain that I did NOT pay through the app and even the girl couldn’t remember what register she used! Please hire more competent people as not everyone has all day to wait and sit around or have their order not properly taken! Going elsewhere now disappointed not even a “sorry”!
Been in the city for two weeks - My coffee this morning from star bucks was most expansive and worst tasting. Just hot milk. Terrible. Not worth the money.
The customer service was extremely rude. I went to buy coffee and left feeling upset and disappointed. I believe it would be a good idea to provide additional customer service training to the staff.
