Today was the fourth delivery over the last 7 weeks. All deliveries were different products and machines. All 4 loads were 1 to 1.5 hours of dock time. Very impressed!! The bad reviews may have had load or driver issues. Great job again crew!!!

Pulled in at 4:30pm for a 5pm appointment they wouldn’t let me check in said it shifts change wouldn’t even let me go park over at the check in door and wait 30 minutes told me to go back to the Street and wait till five why give 5 clock appointment time out if you are making drivers wait stars bucks is turning into a amazon straight up shit show
6am live-unload appointment turned into a drop&hook, dropped the empty trailer off, found my trailer that I'm picking up (took a picture of the seal) and bobtailed to the shipping/receiving office around 05:45am. Office doesn't open until 6am so waited in the truck until 6am, walked inside and the shipping/receiving office had a notice on the glass window of them being in a 1-hour meeting so 07:05am is when I finally got assisted with my BOL.
