Visited on 13th February around 11:30 PM and was served by Ms. Daya. I would like to commend her for her kindness and humble attitude. She delivered outstanding customer service very attentive, polite, and proactive in assisting. Her act of service truly made the experience smooth. Staff like her definitely make a difference. Kudos to Starbucks Ayer Keroh R&R for having such a wonderful member. She truly represents the outlet well and reflects the brand’s service standards excellently.

This is a quiet Starbucks on the main road from Singapore up to KL, that I usually stop at for a rest on my long drive. The team working there is consistently friendly, smily, proactive and caring for their customers.
