Very friendly employees, but bring a very long book or 2 to read in line - used to be way faster, shouldn't take 30 mins, brutal
Please update your closure. You’ve been closed for days. You didn’t update your site which says you’re open and you don’t answer the phone. All you’ve done is place a sign at the lot entrance apologizing for your closure. Do us all a favor and update your closure and save us all time.

While the employees are always very friendly at this location (111th/Memorial), the service is very slow. This location is on my way to work so I’ve tried them out several times. Today I sat for 14 minutes (timed for review), with only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through. If you want fast service and great service I’d stick to BA, 71st/145th.
