Staff very rude, malay male name start with B* I was using a voucher for 2 drinks, politely I ask if can just make 1 cup 1st, then order 2nd cup later bcs I’m come alone (I was staying in the restaurant to do some work + I paid d ), I even ask if can keep my 2nd cup in fridge at least, but he rejected in a very rude way.
Mengecewakan, nama tak semegah kualiti. Order asian dolce latte ice, sangat ceroi dan rasa dos espresso mcm sikit sahaja, sgt beza dgn branch tmpt lain. Beli take away belum 10min dah ceroi habis ice nya ya walau dlm aircond. Please check your staff (24 April 2026) shift tenghari.
sorry to say, after so long i tak pernah oder starbucks. today i oder starbucks dekat sini. i tanya the menu for frappe then sadly the staff yang pakai spec tu guna nada yang tinggi (tengking) untuk bagitahu menu baru, macam i ini first time beli entertain customer sangat teruk! very bad experience 👎 HONEST REVIEW!

Went to Starbucks Hospital Pantai today and had a very mixed experience. Around 10 AM, I bought some drinks and cake, and the staff on duty at that time were very polite and friendly really appreciated their good service. However, around 1 PM, my mom politely asked if they have Spanish Latte. The staff named Daliani replied in a very sarcastic way “Ni bukan Zus, kak.”Her tone and facial expression were completely unnecessary and unprofessional, especially in a hospital setting where customers expect kindness and respect.
