I misunderstood the drink sizes and reacted impatiently, but the staff handled the situation with patience and kindness. They explained the difference between Grande and Trenta and even upgraded my drinks without charging me. I appreciate their professionalism and want to apologize for my tone. Great customer service. Lately they have been slacking it with their drinks. I ordered a lavender latte and the coffee tasted like cigarettes. Happened to me twice. Hopefully with this review they will step it up.
