Went in to order a drink. Was waited on and then sat for 15 minutes waiting for my drink. 3 people who ordered after me got their drinks and I finally asked. No apologies no nothing... it had been left sitting there. No apology was given. Honestly a simple sorry would have been nice.
This is the better Starbucks in Oconomowoc. I always get good service here.
Just stopped here on my way to drop my grandson off at work. He ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot and extra caramel drizzle. For $7.88 he got no caramel drizzle!
Barista's were very friendly, and on point for being busy inside and the drive thru was slammed packed. Average wait time for Starbucks order to be done. Tasted great! Thank you
