Really bad servers. And I think they don't care about customers. They close the store without changing the status on the app, making it inconvenient for us. And when I come to talk to them, they just push me to the online customer service.
I understand students need to be paid and it's a great initiative for chains to hire students for different shifts. It would be amazing though if the MSEE starbucks could keep up with the orders by getting more people in or by expanding and making more room. If you are always running 45 mins late on orders especially being a store that is square right at the center of campus, then you have got a problem. I always miss a bus when I order here.
