Worst Starbucks ever I stop with 30 minutes ahead of class and have had to straight abandon drinks multiple times . To small , should straight up not be there .
I ordered EXTRA protein milk foam and paid 2 bucks for that. This drink costs 8 bucks and the milk foam worth 1/4. This is the amount of milk foam I get after I requested EXTRA. It’ even less than regular amount. Disappointing.
Cannot keep up with student volume. I understand it is a lot of orders, but if I order ahead by 15 minutes, I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes in store. Grabbing Starbucks between class periods is not a possibility at this store. Workers look confused. I understand it is a stressful environment to be a part of, but they need to do better!
Great service. Julia was super fun and helpful and personable.
Really bad servers. And I think they don't care about customers. They close the store without changing the status on the app, making it inconvenient for us. And when I come to talk to them, they just push me to the online customer service.
