My husband and I usually stop here every Sunday morning, knowing they are usually slow we typically order 10 minutes before we actually get there. I went to get the fall drop of pumpkin spice. I ordered 2 because my best friend passed last year and we always have the fall line together and was told “no one deserves pumpkin spice season”. Needless to say I cried in my car. This year hit hard but her attitude towards not only the rush of orders but her also saying “that’s a lot for one person”. I always come here before I go to work. I’m a gold status trying to get up to the Reserve Status for my best friend. I cannot believe what happened.
They were nice in this location. There was a gentleman very obviously in the throes of a schizophrenic break, but they were patient and kind to him and let him sit inside as long as he didn't get aggressive with anyone. And contrary to popular belief, schizophrenic people don't typically get aggressive with others. They DO sometimes shout but we sat near him and he seemed to calm down when he saw we were friendlies.
