The coffee was fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the employees simply by ordering coffee.
I had one of the worst coffee experiences ever here. I ordered a latte and it tasted like straight-up burnt milk—completely undrinkable. I even asked the barista to add an extra shot of espresso hoping it would fix the flavor, but it made no difference at all. To make things worse, the woman at the register came off as extremely rude and unwelcoming. Customer service was just as disappointing as the drink.
