I ate here while in a layover at Newerk. The service was good and the employees were nice. My Frappuccino and cookies were good, the standard for Starbucks. I gave a lower score because half of the menu was unavailable, with them being out of a lot of stuff. Also, I know it is very busy, but the cafe was dirty. Overall, this is a standard Starbucks and the food will be fine,
Worst Starbucks drink ever
Don’t get the lemonade with tapioca pearls they don’t have the thick straws and they won’t tell you till you placed your order and picked up.
I was served a little attitude with my order today. Firstly , she said , scan your app. I just looked at her because I didn’t place the order yet. But she repeated that with an attitude. So I scanned. The coffee clearly showed blonde roast. But I was told mater of factly there was non. So when I asked what that was the server said - dark. Ok.
