This has to be the most incompetent staff behind the counter I have ever seen. Paid for a beverage, shamed into $2 tip (as employees stares at me). Waited 5 plus minutes while staff was giggling and chatting away. Finally asked if my order was working. No. They argued amongst themselves about their job responsibilities. Finally got my hot chocolate and……. it was wrong. This is not rare. If corporate doesn’t wrap their head around this, it’s time to dump the stock.
The coffee is so so bad that at this point I think it violates some food safety protocols...
I paid 39$ with card and one of employees choose the tip for herself ! Worst place ever but who cares because people will fly anyway !
Normal Starbucks open until late - they have New York, New York City and New Jersey mugs available as well as other seasonal/limited edition merch available. No mini state or city mugs though which is a shame.
Muy mal servicio, mi total fue de 15.38 y le pagué $5 dólares con monedas y el resto con billetes, y una empleada que tiene trenzas vino a decirme que yo le contara el dinero para ver si eran los $5 dólares 🙃 Se los conté sobre la barra y fue por un guante y me dijo que yo se los diera en la mano.. bueno con decir que ni me regresaron el cambio… para que lo tomen en cuenta.
