I had one of the worst coffee experiences ever here. I ordered a latte and it tasted like straight-up burnt milk—completely undrinkable. I even asked the barista to add an extra shot of espresso hoping it would fix the flavor, but it made no difference at all. Terrible atmosphere and honestly one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The two employees were giggling between themselves, didn’t even respond to a simple “hello”, and were barely helpful. My order was incomplete, and when I asked about the missing item, I was told it wasn’t ordered and to get back in line and reorder. The attitude was rude and dismissive. I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this Starbucks. While I was standing at the counter, a male employee looked directly at me and said: “I’m in a jungle full of snakes — and you know who the snakes are, you guys.” This comment was said to my face, not as a joke between coworkers, and felt hostile and disrespectful.
