Terrible employees, rude, very rude and irritating!
Stupid Incompetent staff. Can not take order and when ordered online can not do customization as I paid for. They struggled to add customization like light ice and no whip cream. When I ordered through app they did not respect the customizations
Honestly solid - word of advice: the poor reviews if you read through are personal problems related to the customer, not related to this location at all.
the lady who work here did not sell me a $2 water bottle for a thirsty baby at 12:10 am because it was “closed”. she was there, water bottle was right there, and I was there with a thirsty baby and $2 cash in my hand.
Cashier was talking on the phone while taking my order, and employees did not know how to make my drink (which is on the Starbucks menu).
