Literally waited in line behind 9 people for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting we moved up 3 spaces- this is one of the worst most inefficient Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I had to board my flight so I didn’t even get to order coffee- I was another 25 minutes from putting in an order - unbelievable. Staff appeared very non chalant and in no way urgent to do much of anything.

You don't get more than one star when you gouge people like this. Granted, every store in the airport is heavily gouging, but this starbucks had the nerve to charge AN EXTRA 3% "employee retention" fee on top of the gouging already present. Of course, our choices are A) Not buy anything or B) Starve to death, so I had to get gouged.

Los que atienden atienden pésimo con un ánimo en 0 y aparte uno les solicita que porfavor le hagan un ice caramel coffe y le dan a uno un capuchino frío amargo le digo que le eche azúcar líquida y me dice que ya es dulce que ahí está la azúcar a un lado pésimo servicio jamás volvería a comprar algo en este establecimiento
