I had 7 items, they somehow messed up 5 of them and refunded me for extra stuff that they included and oh I said my name is Sam and they put Dan so all the food was sitting there for a while until I asked why people ahead of me are getting their food. Everyone needs to be fired and new employees hired, reset this place.

Not bad, not good, just an average experience. The service was fast, and my order came out real quick.

Very disappointed with how unclean this Starbucks is. The floors were sticky, the bar area was cluttered, and even the pickup counter had spilled drinks and napkins everywhere. It didn’t feel safe or hygienic at all.

Starting this review off, i am a vegetarian. i mobile ordered black tea lemonade and a SPICY FALAFEL POCKET. i’ve ordered here before with no issues mind you. i drove away and to work. i start eating the pocket and i notice its cheesier than usual. i take a bite of a cube and its CHICKEN. they messed up a VEGAN item with a MEAT item. i would’ve thought the liberal they/themers working there would consider not swapping such a drastic item. when i picked up the item they were all leaning on the counters talking to each other. ... read more
