All crew are novice. I had to wait to get my decaf coffee for 10 minutes although it was not crowded. The person who took my order didn’t put my name on the coffee cup. Someone else was about to get my coffee on the counter. She didn’t give me my receipt either although I asked for my receipt. I will never go to starbucks again for coffee because the price is too expensive. I paid almost $4 for midium size coffee. This is too much for a coffee!!

I had 7 items, they somehow messed up 5 of them and refunded me for extra stuff that they included and oh I said my name is Sam and they put Dan so all the food was sitting there for a while until I asked why people ahead of me are getting their food. Everyone needs to be fired and new employees hired, reset this place.

Not bad, not good, just an average experience. The service was fast, and my order came out real quick.

Very disappointed with how unclean this Starbucks is. The floors were sticky, the bar area was cluttered, and even the pickup counter had spilled drinks and napkins everywhere. It didn’t feel safe or hygienic at all.
