where rude messed up my order twice and gave me attitude for it. it was one drink i dont even know how you mess it up twice

Been years since I ordered from Starbucks and they not only took right til my flight was boarding to finally give me my food but also the wrong food altogether. Labeled as $4. Charged over $8.
Worst caramel frappe I've ever had. Had very little flavor and tasted like old milk!
I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew, with cold foam. They delivered in a reasonable amount of time and it tasted as expected. So, much better than a 1-star experience, but also I intentionally ordered something that was harder to mess up. My partner ordered a vanilla latte about an hour later. They also made that in a reasonable timeframe and it tasted good.
