Very nice lady with the fun eyeliner made me a new cappuccino after my kid dumped the first one. Small kindness that made an early morning flight much more manageable. Thank you!
Rose was so kind and happy I spotted it from the very back of the line. She complimented almost every customer and asked every single person how their day was. I am someone who gets very overwhelmed in airports, and it can be very fast-paced and Sometimes airport employees aren’t the friendliest so I very much appreciate Rose’s positive energy
Rose was really working to give an extraordinary and personal service experience! Airport wait times are bound to be busy but I’ve never been too long.
We asked for light ice in our large drink. They made our drink in one of the tiny cups with light ice, and then dumped it in the large cup and just shoveled a bunch more ice in there. Why did they say they would do light ice in a large drink when they had no intentions to? We will definitely never go to them again!
