Horrible service! Waited a whole 30 minutes for a refresher. They kept making other orders & skipping mine. Then when I brought it up the lady got mad & slammed my drink onto the counter. Don’t even yell the orders out!!! Worst place to come to if you want good customer service

That said, the service is pretty slow, and the staff felt a bit meh overall. A friendlier, more upbeat attitude would go a long way and really elevate the experience to match how nice the space itself is.
