11/19 10:30 am. Todo bien excepto el colaborador que estaba en la caja cobrando, masculino de 23 años. Una actitud pésima, nos quiso cobrar de más sin nuestro consentimiento y aparte se sentía como su fuera el socio del dueño de Starbucks. Déspota, incompetente para atender clientes y actitud que se caía en lo ridículo. Pena ajena. Colaboradores así dañan la buena reputación de la marca Starbucks. Por supuesto que lo pusimos en su lugar.
