I love the convenience of a drive through- HOWEVER I will give that convenience up for superior coffee and service! I love this location inside Kroger. Everyone who works there is lovely and accommodating and honestly they make the best drinks. Kudos yall!
I needed a pick me up so I stopped by this location and I'm so thankful I did! Jerrod was quick to greet me with a smile and pleasant welcome. He was out of something to make my normal order so I decided to go with another version of it. He made nice conversation while I waited for him to work his magic and boom! He certainly surprised me with a coffee better than what I usually get! Thank you so much for that, it really made my night!
I love Starbucks but these drinks were horrendous the Carmel ribbon crunch tasted like coffee only my vanilla bean crème tastes like the vanilla is missing. It is very disappointing considering they do not have a phone number so you can let the staff know. I only will be attending the hanbury or Carmichael way Starbucks only now
