Ordered through the drive-thru. Asked for no coconut flakes I got coconut flakes. I’m allergic to coconut… the shift supervisor, Melissa Said she talked to the partner and that they remembered not putting coconut flakes in my drink so I’m not sure if she was the one who made it or what but I told her that they’re definitely was coconut flakes in my drink so I’m not sure how they got there. Horrendous service. Don’t come here unless you have a spare 30 minutes. I stood online for 15 minutes while staff was still working on the same customer. I walked out and will never return to this location. If this was Manhattan or another busy area they would be out of business.
Staff is so friendly and went above and beyond!
