This company has really gone downhill majorly. They support an aggressive and rude customer over a loyal and respectful long time employee. Don’t give this place business if you appreciate a place where employees don’t live in fear of doing the wrong thing. Trash. 🗑️

Ordered a coconut cream ube cold brew with shavings on top. Nothing crazy it’s a seasonal item that was in their menu already with a picture advertising it. I was handed a regular black cold brew and I told staff member what I had originally ordered and that what I received was incorrect. The staff member then remade the drink as a regular black cold brew with one foam on top in a hurry. This location uses all paper (lids, cups, sticker stoppers) which DO NOT work on hot drinks. Spills and leaks everywhere. Starbucks corporate stopped using these supplies for this exact reason. I’m sure the store will say they’re saving the environment, all while every cold drink is all plastic. Please stop using these supplies garbage paper lids, they don’t work.
