Employee was treated horribly by another employee. I visited March 8, 2025 at around 11 AM. It was my first time visiting this location. I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, my order was made wrong, they made a grande instead of a venti. Mistakes happen that’s fine and it was very busy inside. I realized I forgot to get a straw so I went back inside and they had none available for the public to grab one.
