I usually love Starbucks, but this was honestly unacceptable. I ordered an Americano for the road and had it sitting in my cup holder for about 20 minutes to cool. When I picked it up while driving, hot coffee started leaking out all over my hand and lap. This isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a safety issue. If I hadn’t had another cup to transfer it into, it could’ve been a much bigger mess. I understand trying to cut costs, but the quality of these cups has clearly dropped. Kind workers
This is the Starbucks that I most visit as it is close to my home. Staff are attentive and courteous. Gets a little loud sometimes and not enough seating at times.
