Went into starboard to "window shop." A watch caught my eye and I decided to buy it. The associate helping me told me that the manager could take a couple links out because it was too big. I have a lot of watches and know it doesn't take long to remove a link or two. The associate rang me up for a $270 watch. He turned to ask "Ronnie the manager" if she could take a link out.
