Kat is amazing! She truly cares and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. She resolved muscle tension in my arms that both PT and a skilled massage therapist were not able to solve.
Starbird is my go to for acupuncture in Bend. I had the pleasure of working with Kat throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She truly is a gift, and was an integral part of such a sacred time in my life. I love coming back to this special place for “tune ups”. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with the maya abdominal massage. You can’t go wrong here!
