The staff is super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with every treatment — from Ultherapy and IV therapy to laser hair removal and chemical peels. I purchased a package of 10 post-op lymphatic massages at Starbella and saw Nicole consistently after my Lipo 360/Skinny BBL. The med spa is nice, but my experience with Nicole was full of red flags. I stayed neutral and respectful the entire time despite her attitude, but her comments and overall demeanor were inappropriate and unprofessional—and it ultimately wasn’t worth the $1,300+ I paid. I have been going to StarBella since March, and each time has been such a positive experience. Allegra and Nicole are professional, thoughtful and evaluated my aesthetics based on the symmetry of my face, skin texture, and my concerns. This spa is clean, everyone is kind that I've met, which as you know can really set the tone for your experience. Highly recommend!
My mom and I both go here for facials. They are the best. It is so relaxing and your skin feels amazing after. I see Maria or Kamila, they are both great. I highly recommend checking them out!
My skin is amazing today! I went in for a different facial, but I very much appreciated that the esthetician recommended something different because I did not want to have any irritation for this weekend (I had booked a peel). I had a HydraFacial with a deep cleaning to start and some red light therapy, and today, my skin is SO soft, hydrated, and glowing! I loved it so much; thank you!
