I have had Botox a number of times. This was by far the best treatment I have ever received! Shara, marked the spots, showed me, and explained why. Asked questions and set up a follow up, to make sure that I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shara!!!
The entire experience was very professional! The atmosphere is very welcoming. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of care and results are great. I had microneedling done, and I’m already so impressed with the results. Shara and Sierra are both absolutely fabulous—they’re knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the results they achieve!
Let me just say, Sierra is AMAZING! She has done my micro needling for almost a year now and the transformation in my skin tone and texture is shocking! I never thought I would see smooth skin with nearly nonexistent pores, but here we are! Their skin care line is also TOP NOTCH! I use their face wash, toner, etc., and it is fairly priced and extremely effective. I will never go anywhere else for my skin care needs❤️
I was very pleased with the service here! It took me a hot minute to find the new location, but once I got inside it was very cute. Siera did a facial and lash lift/tint for me and she was very sweet and great at her work! normally my skin is very sensitive, but i had no irritation. I would say that Stara has fairer pricings compared to what I have seen around the Lansing area as well! I will be returning :)
I was initially excited to have a nearby place for Botox, but my overall experience was disappointing. I received treatment for my crow’s feet, and even after the recommended two-week period, nothing had changed. They did offer to try an alternative brand at no charge, but another two weeks went by with still no improvement.
