Attempted to buy wipes from this company for 2 weeks and 3 days. Reached out via email 5x, reached out via phone 3x, and FINALLY got a message back that they "Aren't looking to sell any more wipes right now", which is pretty shocking to hear from a company that sells wipes. If my business ran in this manner, I'd be absolutely ashamed. If you are looking for wipes, do yourself a favor and pick a different company.

This driver always comes to this facility and sits in the way of trucks he sits here for 3 hours trucks Trying to come in and out when he is asked just to move a little bit backwards or forwards Just to make a little bit more room He tells you to go away very rude and inconsiderate person if somebody was in his way, I Bet he would want them to move for him.

Star Wipers promotes quality control and unmatched customer care on their website, but I share examples of recycled HUCK towels I received from Star Wipers in December 2024. These recycled towels have frayed edges and stitching unraveling. When I contacted Star Wipers sharing these pictures of defective and unusable towels I received, I was told they meet their standards and they would not replace them. I paid a total of $113.15 for 25 lbs. of recycled HUCK towels including shipping.
