We installed a new door and it looks great. Received plenty of compliments. The sales representative Taran Mahadeo was very helpful in every aspect in the process. Ravi was phenomenal. His work is impeccable. Very professional. I will be a repeat customer on my next projects.

Tera and her team were meticulous with parging repairs of basement window sills and surface patches all around the house. Mortar between several bricks was also replaced with a perfect color match. Nigel took our order with professional efficiency and a pleasant manner. We are delighted with the results.

We have been getting quotes from different window companies for a few months and we decided to go with Star Window Installation Co, I am super happy that we did. They are super professional, punctual and absolutely wonderful at what they do. I tried to add some pictures but honestly, my windows look way better than the photos. I highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things from Star Window Installation Co. They had a mitigation crew at my home on a Saturday AM within 2 hours of calling them. The project manager and his crew communicated constantly with me from start to finished. I chose to hire Phoenix for the basement repairs as well. They were equally as organized and efficient and were able to get my windows work done in roughly a week after the clean up was over. Star Window Installation Co crew really knocked it out of the park for our main floor renovation. The scope of the project included removing two load bearing walls, and moving the kitchen to the dining room. Throughout the process the technician was upfront and very communicative about the changes, options, and how to proceed. The job was done on time, and his crew was very respectful. I would definitely recommend them and will have them do more work in my home.
