Sloppy workmanship..missed windows..uses dirty water leaving stains on our blinds window sills and floors...got rude when we called about missing 2 windows and leaving a mess on our living room windows. Owner walks around carelessly with a razor knife ..sliced our duvet cover open..his employee told me he has cut chesterfields etc but refuses to stop walking around with the knife hanging out..scratchs windows..etc.We used Star for years but continued to go downhill with an arrogant attitude.
