The process was quick and efficient, but would have been better if I could have gotten a carfax report, other than that ALHAM was very pleasant to deal with. I wanted to wait awhile before leaving an opinion just to make sure the car would hold without a warranty and so far it has, my daughter loves it, thanks star Danny
