Background info: I have super straight, wispy eyelashes that are easy to curl (and hold a curl well) when using an eyelash curler, but never hold a nice enough curl with just applying mascara. I am very knowledgeable about the process as I've done plenty of research but never felt secure enough a kit and doing it myself. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with eyelash perm and tinting. I went to 116W 23th. This lady was totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I paid $60 for NOTHING. NO eyelash curling and not tinting at all. I don't have any change. My eyes were burning a lot. Now I have in my eyes severe irritation and pain and need to make a eye doctor appointment. She should return me back my money. Horrible experience!
