They sent me a water softener that was already technically out of warranty based on manufacturer date. They promised to support it anyway if I accepted it. The softener immediately started leaking on regenerations. They refused to do anything except send a link to a troubleshooting article to a 3rd party help guide. I would never buy another product from them.
